Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated levels of sales and service to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide exemplary customer service, cultivate client relationships and perform clienteling activities.
• Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention standards.
• Support inventory management: receive, organise and maintain stockroom and salesfloor inventory.
• Operate point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and assist with daily register reconciliation.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist with store presentation and replenishment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing stock and presentation.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on retail or sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is an asset.
