Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by delivering elevated levels of service and achieving individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience and build long-term client relationships
- Adhere to sales policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines
- Support inventory control: receive, organize and maintain stockroom and on-floor inventory
- Contribute to store standards and merchandising to maintain the luxury presentation of the selling environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and provide consultative client service
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of relevant sales or retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality or fashion is an asset.
