Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and loyalty
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory upkeep and visual standards
- Achieve individual and store productivity goals through effective multitasking and prioritization
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and styling advice
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and in-store technology
- Collaborate with management to propose and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant retail sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive results independently
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a passion for styling and fashion
- Energetic, motivated and able to represent the brand as an ambassador
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools
Skills
Experience
At least 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion, luxury or premium retail environment. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or customer service preferred.
