Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship-building.
  • Deliver elevated levels of service and personalized client experiences using clienteling tools such as a client book.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across the assortment and communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Manage after‑sales details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure full client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to preserve and grow repeat clientele.
  • Maintain selling floor standards: merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment and visual cleanliness.
  • Support stockroom operations, inventory control, receiving/shipping procedures and related paperwork.
  • Execute Point-of-Sale (POS) and register functions accurately and comply with all cash-handling and sales policies.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales ability, with prior experience in luxury or branded fashion preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a client-focused sales approach.
  • Comfortable using Point-of-Sale systems and performing cash register functions; basic numeracy for transactions and reporting.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple post-sale tasks (shipping, alterations, paperwork).
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
