Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive store sales and loyalty
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective prioritisation and multitasking
- Execute operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, markdowns and inventory procedures
- Cultivate customer relationships by developing product knowledge, styling expertise and trend awareness
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert and fulfil sales across channels
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a self‑motivated, results‑driven approach
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion
- Flexible, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Comfortable using mobile sales tools and omnichannel retail platforms
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion environments where client service and styling are core to the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related vocational training preferred.
