Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets by prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through informed styling advice and ongoing clienteling activity.
  • Leverage omnichannel tools and available technology to increase sales and support seamless customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement creative initiatives to maximize personal and store sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail, client-facing sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Energetic, self-starting professional with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
  • Technologically comfortable with retail platforms and omnichannel workflows; adaptable to new sales tools.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

Experience
