Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated levels of sales and client service to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalised engagement and follow-up
  • Adhere to all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols
  • Maintain stockroom and selling-floor merchandising standards, including accurate inventory control and replenishment
  • Support store operations including visual presentation, floor moves and servicing clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first orientation with strong persuasion and active listening skills
  • Ability to work a flexible, retail schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Eligible to work in Canada

Experience
