Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including cash handling, store opening/closing and inventory procedures.
  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through proactive clienteling and styling.
  • Support omnichannel fulfilment by leveraging available tools and technologies to convert online and in‑store demand.
  • Collaborate with store management on visual merchandising, promotions and in‑store initiatives to maximise sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments, fashion trends and styling techniques to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for styling and customer service.
  • Flexible, organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail environments, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales goals and building lasting client relationships.

Education
