Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Rosemont, IL to drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated service and product expertise.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and actively use a client book to drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of merchandise, trends and brand positioning to advise clients effectively.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain visual standards: keep the selling floor neat, organized and appropriately stocked.
  • Support inventory, receiving and stockroom operations; participate in store inventories and adhere to shipping/receiving protocols.
  • Comply with Point-of-Sale procedures and correctly execute all register functions.
  • Attend required training, meetings and adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive clienteling activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a polished, fashion-focused demeanour.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems and retail inventory procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
