Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, fashion-forward customer experience that drives personal and store sales.
- Manage omnichannel sales and leverage available tools and technology to convert and retain clients.
- Perform daily operational and transactional tasks with accuracy, including cash handling and POS operation.
- Prioritize and multitask to achieve productivity and sales targets; contribute to store KPI attainment.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and styling advice.
- Collaborate with store leadership to brainstorm and implement initiatives that maximize individual sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work as a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Energetic, client-focused presence with strong styling sensibility and passion for fashion.
- Technologically literate with comfort using digital sales tools and omnichannel workflows.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment with a willingness to learn and grow.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of retail experience with a demonstrated track record of sales and client development; experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising preferred.
