Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through elevated levels of service and product knowledge.
- Deliver personalised clienteling: build and maintain repeat clientele and utilise the client book to drive sales.
- Manage the post-sale experience, coordinating shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide the highest standard of customer service and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain sales floor presentation: ensure merchandise is stocked, organized and styled in accordance with brand visual standards.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in inventories.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale procedures and accurately execute all relevant register functions and paperwork.
- Adhere to company image and grooming standards, punctuality, attendance and participate in training and development as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid product knowledge and an active interest in fashion and market trends.
- Ability to build relationships and foster repeat business through clienteling techniques.
- Reliable, professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
- Comfortable with cash handling, POS operations and inventory procedures.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail experience, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous.
