Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Execute daily store operations with precision, including merchandising, inventory tasks and point-of-sale procedures.
- Manage multiple priorities—prospecting, servicing clients and administrative duties—to achieve productivity goals.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through product knowledge, styling advice and trend awareness.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional and selling strategies that maximise individual sales performance.
- Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology to convert and retain clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet productivity or sales targets.
- Energetic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Technologically savvy with willingness to adopt omni-channel sales tools.
