Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, POS transactions and stock management.
  • Prioritise and multitask to achieve individual productivity goals while supporting store objectives.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships through proactive outreach, styling advice and trend knowledge.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop merchandising and promotional ideas that maximise personal and store sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for results.
  • Energetic, brand-focused ambassador with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technologically fluent with the ability to adopt omnichannel retail tools and platforms.

Experience
