Role & Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, POS transactions and stock management.
- Prioritise and multitask to achieve individual productivity goals while supporting store objectives.
- Build and sustain customer relationships through proactive outreach, styling advice and trend knowledge.
- Collaborate with store management to develop merchandising and promotional ideas that maximise personal and store sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for results.
- Energetic, brand-focused ambassador with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technologically fluent with the ability to adopt omnichannel retail tools and platforms.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certifications in retail, visual merchandising or fashion are advantageous.
