Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Portsmouth, UK — deliver luxury client service and support store operations for a global fashion brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate repeat business through proactive clientelling and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately processing transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock presentation and replenishment, and assist with inventory counts and stockrooms.
  • Support store operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss-prevention protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the store team to create a polished boutique environment, assist in product launches and contribute to team selling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused demeanour.
  • High standards of personal presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required for retail trading.

Experience

Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience within luxury fashion or premium retail environments is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further education in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
