Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and loyalty
- Meet and exceed individual productivity and sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Execute operational and store tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, cash-handling and inventory processes
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and clienteling techniques
- Support omnichannel initiatives by using available retail tools and technology to convert and fulfil sales
- Collaborate with management to devise strategies and promotional ideas to maximize personal and store performance
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities to business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a self-starter mentality
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion
- Energetic, motivated and a persuasive communicator; acts as a brand ambassador
- Technologically comfortable with retail platforms and an appetite for omnichannel selling
- Flexible availability to work varied retail shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within luxury or fashion environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail, fashion or styling training is a plus.
