Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and build lasting client relationships through expert styling and clienteling.
- Drive sales performance and meet individual productivity goals through focused prospecting and proactive follow-up.
- Execute operational store tasks with excellence, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support omnichannel initiatives by leveraging in-store technology and digital sales tools to convert and fulfill customer demand.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop visual merchandising, promotional plans and creative strategies to maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results independently and as part of a team; self-starter mentality.
- Energetic, motivated and customer-obsessed with a passion for styling and luxury fashion.
- Technologically savvy with comfort using POS systems and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible schedule and appetite for growth in a fast-paced store environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands, with a track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
