Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, on‑floor client experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Process POS transactions accurately and uphold cash‑handling and transactional procedures.
- Support operational store functions including visual standards, housekeeping and stock management throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and technology to fulfil client needs.
- Prioritise tasks, multitask effectively and meet individual productivity and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming retail environment and achieve store objectives.

Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience preferred; candidates with prior luxury or premium brand experience will be prioritised. Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent client service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
