Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and client loyalty
- Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective prioritisation and multitasking
- Build and maintain client relationships by developing product, trend and styling knowledge
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales
- Drive omnichannel revenue by utilising all available digital tools and retail technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant retail sales experience
- Self-starter with a demonstrable drive to achieve sales results
- Energetic, service-oriented presence and genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and omnichannel retail platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; brand ambassador mentality

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships across in-store and digital touchpoints.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training preferred.
