Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
  • Deliver elevated customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships using the client book and proactive clienteling techniques.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
  • Complete post-sale processes including shipping coordination, managing alterations follow-up and handling special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, execute register functions and comply with all POS policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor; keep merchandise organized, stocked and presentation-ready.
  • Support stockroom operations: receiving, shipping, inventory counts and accurate completion of related paperwork.
  • Participate in training, development sessions and store meetings as directed by management; adhere to scheduled hours and time & attendance policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver consultative, client-focused service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable aptitude for client relationship management.
  • Reliable attention to detail and aptitude for accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
