Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily retail operations with precision, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed individual productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritization.
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives by using all available digital and in-store tools to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop creative selling strategies and in-store activations.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to advise clients on styling and product selection.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, customer-focused demeanour; genuine passion for fashion and styling.
- Technologically literate with the willingness to adopt omnichannel sales tools and clienteling platforms.
- Flexible availability and a readiness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or retail-related certification a plus.
