Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and professional product advice to drive sales of the brand’s collections.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets while executing company sales strategies and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
  • Support implementation of Visual Merchandising standards to ensure an elevated and brand‑consistent in-store presentation.
  • Perform cashier duties and accurate point-of-sale transactions in accordance with store procedures.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, store processes and loss-prevention guidelines to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in retail sales or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brand environments.
  • Dynamic, service-oriented personality able to convey passion for the brand and inspire customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive mindset with strong sense of urgency, responsibility and teamwork.
  • Polished, professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
