Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Ottawa to deliver elevated customer experiences and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and long-term client relationships.
- Execute operational store tasks with accuracy and consistency, including merchandising, inventory control and point-of-sale procedures.
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective prioritisation and multitasking.
- Support omnichannel initiatives by utilising available digital tools and in-store technology to convert and fulfil sales.
- Maintain up-to-date product and styling knowledge to advise clients and contribute to visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with store management to propose and test initiatives to maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a self-starting, results-oriented approach.
- Strong client service orientation with a demonstrated passion for styling and fashion.
- Flexible, energetic team player able to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of direct retail or luxury fashion sales experience is preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credential in fashion, retail management, or business is preferred.
