Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Oshkosh, WI to drive sales, deliver elevated client service and manage in-store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
  • Deliver elevated customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an active client book.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, styling and trends.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure full client satisfaction.
  • Maintain presentation standards on the selling floor: merchandising, stock levels and visual upkeep.
  • Support inventory processes: receiving, stockroom maintenance, cycle counts and participation in store inventories.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; complete register functions and related paperwork.
  • Adhere to company policies on time & attendance and participate in all required training and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and a client book.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented demeanour.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks typical of retail (merchandising, stock handling).

Experience
