Michael Kors seeks a Full-time Sales Associate in Ontario, CA (Ontario Mills) to deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated luxury customer experience to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and styling
  • Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, stock management and POS transactions
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and company retail tools
  • Prioritize responsibilities and multitask effectively to meet productivity goals in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborate with management to propose initiatives that maximize personal and store sales results
  • Stay current on product knowledge, trends and styling techniques to advise clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive client engagement
  • Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and fashion
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual preferred — Spanish and/or Mandarin
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work varied retail hours

Experience

At least four years of hands-on retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or merchandising coursework preferred.
