Michael Kors is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in North Bend, WA to deliver luxury client service and meet sales targets (up to $20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and elevated levels of service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships using a client book and personalized follow‑up (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across seasonal merchandise and fashion trends to advise clients effectively.
- Operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system accurately; execute register functions and comply with sales policies and procedures.
- Support stockroom and selling‑floor operations: receiving, shipping paperwork, inventory counts and merchandising to brand standards.
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by management; adhere to schedule and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele.
- Comfortable using POS systems, handling cash and completing register transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Availability to work a flexible, part‑time schedule (including peak retail hours and weekends) as required by the store.

Experience
Minimum two years of hands‑on retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or luxury retail environments; prior experience with clienteling and meeting sales targets is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
