Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Perform point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and basic daily reconciliation accurately.
- Manage stockroom inventory, receive and process deliveries, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Develop product knowledge to advise clients on features, craftsmanship and styling.
- Support store operations including fitting room management, loss prevention and opening/closing procedures.
- Contribute to clienteling activities, including follow-up communications and appointment management.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Right to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
