Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, customer-first retail experience that drives individual and store sales
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling and trend knowledge
- Execute daily operational tasks with excellence, including merchandising and maintaining visual standards
- Achieve productivity goals by multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting sales targets
- Collaborate with management to develop initiatives that maximize personal sales performance
- Drive Omni channel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and retain customers

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail
- Self-starter with a proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Energetic, motivated and capable of engaging customers as a brand ambassador
- Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and contemporary fashion
- Technologically savvy with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and adapt to new platforms
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within apparel, accessories or luxury retail environments, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail management preferred.
