Sales Associate
Michael Kors (Opry Mills, Nashville) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Deliver an elevated level of customer service by building and maintaining repeat clientele and utilising a client book.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Manage post-sale service details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising on the selling floor and ensure inventory is organised and replenished.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all sales, shipping/receiving and register procedures.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by management.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company time & attendance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable handling transactional tasks and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment with demonstrated sales performance and clienteling ability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or merchandising preferred.
