Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to maximise sales and client retention
- Execute daily store operations with attention to loss prevention, replenishment and presentation standards
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritisation
- Develop and maintain product and trend knowledge to provide styling advice and build lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with management to generate creative initiatives that drive personal and store sales
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising the company’s tools and retail technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience
- Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
- Strong client engagement skills with a demonstrable passion for styling and fashion
- Energetic, self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Technologically literate and comfortable using retail systems and omnichannel tools
Skills
Experience
At least two years of frontline retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
