Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, engaging in-store experience and build lasting client relationships through proactive customer engagement and styling advice
- Drive sales targets and productivity through effective selling, cross-selling and utilization of omni-channel services
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain exceptional service standards at point of sale
- Execute daily operational tasks across store functions, including inventory handling, back-office duties and scheduling priorities
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards throughout the day to uphold brand presentation
- Collaborate with colleagues on the sales floor to support team goals and seamless customer service
Qualifications
- Energetic, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
- Customer-service obsessed with a genuine interest in styling, fashion and luxury retail
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using POS systems and omni-channel retail tools
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player and brand ambassador
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury brand sales experience is preferred; demonstrable sales performance or clienteling experience advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service training is advantageous.
