Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador by delivering exceptional, elevated customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain consistent client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools to develop and grow customer relationships.
  • Maintain polished floor presentation and responsible stock-room management to support sales and visual standards.
  • Use Product Knowledge packs to become a product and selling expert capable of advising customers with confidence and passion.
  • Collaborate closely with the store management team to analyse business results, identify opportunities and drive store performance and sales.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and lead by example within the sales team, contributing energy and a positive approach to store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment and demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to inspire colleagues to achieve commercial targets.
  • Technology proficient with experience using clienteling or CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; local language (French) is preferred to service the store’s clientele.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, ideally within a fast-paced store environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling/CRM tools to develop repeat business.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training is an advantage.
