Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and attention to store standards.
- Meet productivity and sales targets by prioritizing responsibilities and managing time effectively.
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives using available digital and in‑store tools and technology.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends and styling techniques to advise and style clients.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise individual and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self‑starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach and strong work ethic.
- Energetic, brand‑focused ambassador with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales platforms.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience, ideally with demonstrated results in selling, clienteling and omnichannel environments within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail, fashion or customer‑service training is an advantage.
