Michael Kors in Michigan City, IN seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail sales, client service and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and elevated levels of service.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using a client book; manage follow-ups, special requests, shipping and alterations to ensure satisfaction.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and remain aware of fashion and market trends to inform recommendations.
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and comply with cash-handling, register and sales-related procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well-stocked, organized selling floor and stockroom; assist with receiving, shipping and inventory counts.
- Participate in training, team meetings and adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele.
- Availability to work a part-time, flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.
- Comfort with transactional responsibilities and attention to detail for order fulfilment and stock control.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred; luxury or premium-brand experience advantageous.
