Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and expert product advice to drive sales of Michael Kors ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging customers and converting traffic into sales.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through clienteling activities and follow-up.
- Support implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and maintain a well-presented sales floor.
- Perform cashiering duties and accurate cash / POS transactions when required.
- Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and store operational routines.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Dynamic, motivating personality with a genuine passion for the brand and products.
- Proactive work style, strong sense of urgency and reliable execution.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and a courteous, client-focused manner.
