Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience while managing multiple customers’ needs concurrently
• Provide personalised styling and product advice that reflects strong knowledge of the assortment
• Execute store tasks with speed and attention to quality to support daily operations
• Support the management team with operational and sales priorities as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
• Energetic, proactive and able to engage customers with enthusiasm
• Demonstrable passion for styling, fashion and client service
• Comfortable with retail technology and point-of-sale systems

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or premium retail environments with direct customer-facing responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail-related training preferred.
