Michael Kors seeks a Sales Associate (maternity cover, evening shifts) in Madrid to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and act as an ambassador for the Michael Kors brand, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, upselling and conversion strategies.
- Support daily store operations during evening shifts, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and closing procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to brand guidelines, replenishing stock and managing on-floor inventory.
- Collaborate with the retail team to sustain high standards of customer service, store cleanliness and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in high-volume or premium/luxury store environments.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to motivate peers and contribute to a results-driven culture.
- Enthusiastic, charismatic and client-focused with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to a dynamic, multitasking retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales with exposure to high-volume environments; ideally experienced with premium or luxury brands and accustomed to working toward and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Vocational qualifications or training in retail, fashion or customer service are desirable.
