Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Deliver an elevated level of customer service, building and maintaining repeat clientele using a client book.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and advise clients on styling, fit and care.
- Manage post-sale processes including shipping, alterations coordination and fulfilment of special requests to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; execute all relevant register functions and adhere to POS policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organised and fully stocked.
- Support stockroom operations, shipping and receiving procedures, and complete related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and team meetings; adhere to scheduled hours and time-and-attendance policies.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to preserve client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for stock, merchandising and transaction accuracy.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; dependable attendance.
- Legal right to work in Belgium.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. Experience using POS systems and participating in inventory cycles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
