Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Execute daily sales operations to the brand’s standards, including customer engagement, transactions and client follow-up
- Inspire customers through up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques
- Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities to maximise personal and store sales performance
- Utilise all available retail tools and technologies to drive sales and manage client relationships
- Demonstrate flexibility, support team initiatives and contribute to a high-energy retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven, relevant retail sales experience
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a premium client experience
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, commercial setting
- Comfortable multitasking across customer-facing and operational duties
- Fluent English (required); proficiency in German is preferred

Experience
Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong customer service outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
