Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, brand-consistent customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a Michael Kors ambassador on the sales floor, demonstrating product knowledge and selling expertise.
- Manage client communication and relationship building using clientelling apps and other available digital tools.
- Maintain boutique floor standards and stock presence, including merchandising and replenishment.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales targets and optimise store performance.
- Monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and translate them into actionable customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and proven retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with colleagues.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling apps, POS systems and mobile sales tools.
- Customer-focused demeanour with confidence advising clients using product knowledge resources.
- Local language proficiency preferred (English for this London role).

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets, clientelling and working in a team-focused boutique or department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or sales-related certification or training preferred.
