Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador, delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage proactive client communication and relationship-building using company clientelling apps and CRM tools.
- Maintain impeccable on-floor presence and inventory/stock presentation to brand standards.
- Collaborate with store management to monitor performance metrics, identify sales opportunities and execute action plans.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.

- Enthusiasm for fashion and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute to a team-first culture.
- Technological proficiency with clientelling apps and point-of-sale systems.
- Effective verbal communication; local language proficiency is preferred.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury brand service preferred.
