Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service through personalised styling, product recommendations and sustained client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting foot traffic, leveraging product knowledge and executing clienteling activities.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns and accurate cash handling while maintaining transactional integrity.
- Support store operations including stock receiving, processing, replenishment and basic inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a polished sales floor presentation to reflect brand positioning.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to support promotions, training initiatives and seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and strong alignment with the Michael Kors brand aesthetic.
- Proven retail sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Comfortable using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and learning in-store retail technology.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally with evidence of sustained sales performance and client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certificates in retail/merchandising are advantageous but not required.
