Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, client-centric shopping experience to drive personal and store sales results.
• Perform retail operational duties with excellence, including merchandising, store presentation and point-of-sale activities.
• Achieve productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking, prioritization and time management.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to personal development within a fast-paced, new-store environment.
• Build and sustain customer relationships by maintaining product knowledge and applying contemporary styling techniques.
• Collaborate with management to ideate and implement initiatives that maximize individual sales.
• Drive omnichannel performance by leveraging all available tools and technology to convert and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
• Energetic, motivated and confident engaging customers; acts as a visible brand ambassador.
• Obsessive about customer service with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
• Technologically literate with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable using digital sales tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and support new store opening activities.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within apparel or luxury retail; demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel retail operations is desirable.
