Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
- Execute operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining visual merchandising and store standards.
- Prioritise tasks and multitask to achieve individual productivity and sales targets.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, trend knowledge and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with management to develop tactics that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Utilise available digital tools and omni‑channel platforms to grow sales and support client journeys.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work proactively as a self-starter.
- Strong client‑facing presence and enthusiasm for fashion and styling.
- Adaptable, energetic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using digital sales tools and omnichannel retail technologies.
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling or CRM tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail or business is a plus but not required.
