Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Apply high-level selling techniques and product knowledge to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory control tasks including receiving, stock organization, backroom maintenance and loss-prevention procedures.
- Adhere to all store policies, point-of-sale procedures and cash-handling protocols.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support store operations as needed (replenishment, fitting room, promotions).
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication and client-facing aptitude.
- Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Professional presentation and an enthusiasm for fashion and brand storytelling.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
One to three years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certificate in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is an asset.
