Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Execute daily operational tasks accurately, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory procedures and visual merchandising standards.
- Support omnichannel business by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill sales.
- Stay current on product assortment, trends and styling techniques to provide personalised styling advice.
- Collaborate with store management to identify creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and luxury fashion.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to support a variable retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Technologically literate and comfortable using omnichannel retail tools and POS systems.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant retail experience in luxury or fashion, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and cultivate client relationships.
