Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
  • Execute daily operational tasks accurately, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory procedures and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support omnichannel business by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill sales.
  • Stay current on product assortment, trends and styling techniques to provide personalised styling advice.
  • Collaborate with store management to identify creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
  • Prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and luxury fashion.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability to support a variable retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Technologically literate and comfortable using omnichannel retail tools and POS systems.

Experience
