Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship-building.
  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service and cultivate repeat clientele using a client book and proactive outreach.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
  • Manage post-sale activities including shipping, alterations follow-up and fulfilment of special client requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, including register functions, cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Maintain the visual presentation, organisation and replenishment of the selling floor and stockroom; participate in inventory counts.
  • Support shipping and receiving procedures and associated paperwork in accordance with store policies.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and store meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Capacity to manage multiple after-sales details (shipping, alterations, special requests) with attention to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, demonstrating measurable sales performance and clienteling capability.
