Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Deliver elevated customer service and build enduring client relationships using the client book and personalised follow-up.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, fit and styling.
- Execute sales transactions and Point-of-Sale (POS) procedures accurately, including register functions and related paperwork.
- Manage after-sale details—shipping, alterations and special requests—to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Maintain store standards: keep the selling floor and stockroom organized, replenished and visually aligned with brand merchandising.
- Participate in inventory counts, receiving, shipping protocols and all store operational processes.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance policies and participate in required training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and clienteling; ability to cultivate repeat clientele.
- Strong product knowledge with a genuine interest in fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and register operations; attention to detail in shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Reliable schedule adherence and capacity to work retail hours typical of a part-time role (including weekends and holidays).

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
Education
