Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with store objectives and company policy.
  • Apply and refine consultative sales techniques to convert enquiries and maximise average transaction value.
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge across bags, accessories, footwear, watches, jewellery and fragrances.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through clienteling and proactive relationship building using a private client book.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation.
  • Support colleagues across shop floor, stockroom and back-of-house duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the sales floor is immaculate, merchandised to brand standards and appropriately stocked.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a client-facing sales role.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Ability to perform multiple roles within the store (shop floor, stock, back of house).
  • Experience working for a luxury or premium brand is a plus.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales is required; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training is a plus.
