Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and builds long-term client relationships.
  • Actively sell and style products, using trend knowledge to advise clients and maximize conversion and average transaction value.
  • Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging all available tools and technology to support online, in-store and click-and-collect sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with excellence, including point-of-sale processes, inventory management and store standards.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet individual productivity goals and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement creative initiatives that increase personal and store sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills, with a demonstrable passion for styling and trend awareness.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable using retail systems and omnichannel tools.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours (including weekends and holidays) and a commitment to team-oriented performance.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion; a proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clients.

Education
