Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to meet and exceed individual sales targets.

- Execute daily store operations with accuracy, including point-of-sale, inventory and visual merchandising tasks.
- Prioritise and multitask to achieve productivity goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Contribute to omnichannel revenue by leveraging available digital tools and in-store technology.
- Collaborate with management to develop initiatives and promotions that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant retail or luxury fashion sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operate autonomously as a self-starter.
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer service; brand ambassadorship mentality.
- Energetic, resilient and adaptable within a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country/region.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience in luxury or premium fashion environments, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary coursework in fashion, retail or related discipline advantageous.
